Not my kind of place - Accounting Manager Trinity Industries Employee Review

So much to say... Management had no vision and didn't empower employees. Negative work environment. My role changed numerous times and the team was not at all stable. Lots of turnover and management had no focus on positioning employees based on talent and skill. Old systems (BPCS - mainframe) and practices (lots of paper - people carry portfolios with all the paper in them...). Saw plenty of career opportunities for people if you could stand to be in that type of cyclical and unhappy environment.
