Genuine leadership make a real effort to enhance employee satisfaction and are hardworking, fun people. Their transparency is unheard of in other businesses - in no other company will leadership share revenue numbers and other financial information with junior staff. Not to mention let you question how they got to those numbers. They want and appreciate feedback. If you work at Trinity, you are most likely friends or roommates and outings create long lasting bonds. Lot's of opportunities to grow and learn if you are willing to take advantage of all that Trinity has to offer. Your intelligence and hard work won't go unnoticed at Trinity. Long hours are normal at consulting agencies - don't be fooled. Work life balance is what you make of it, but Trinity wants you to take advantage of vacation time, holidays, and take time off when you need it.
