Pros

- Trinity offers a good work/life balance where I feel engaged by the work and my colleagues. There are times when the work week is longer than others, but I can take time as needed. - The work from home options provide for great flexibility. My manager trusts me to manage my time to get the job done. - There is a culture to learn and improve processes. - Lots of fun social aspects to the company.

Cons

- There are a lot of meetings and it can be hard to find time to meet with the necessary people to get the work done.

Pros

Strong cross-functional collaboration across teams, with a genuine openness to feedback and iteration. There’s meaningful opportunity to shape processes, frameworks, and go-to-market materials, so your work can have real impact. You get exposure to strategic initiatives and leadership conversations beyond your immediate role. The team is made up of thoughtful, capable colleagues who care about delivering high-quality work, and there’s a consistent focus on improving and refining outputs.

Cons

With continued growth, there is an opportunity to further mature and standardize processes to drive greater consistency and efficiency at scale. Enhancing clarity around frameworks and cross-functional alignment will further strengthen execution as priorities continue to evolve.

Pros

Good exposure to cutting edge innovation in life sciences industry, strong mentorship, some leaders genuinely care about you and your contributions

Cons

After associate Principal, the path to leadership is slow and vague. Burnout common among management team members. Large attrition seen in Senior Consultants and Engagement Managers and not enough is done to backfill with experienced hires
