Pros

Have been with Trinity for more than a year now. The company delivered on the promise related to quality of work, role & growth expectation as well as learning I was looking for. Here are some key aspects I appreciate about working here: - A clear vision & strong strategy: Has a clear Vision laid out for the next few years from Leadership, a unified Goal to achieve business outcomes supported with a right strategy towards Business Growth, Commercial Strategy, Investments in Technology & AI - Great Learning Experience: The company's dedication to staying at the forefront of life sciences commercialization is reflected in their commitment to fostering professional growth. - Fostering a Growth Mindset and a safe space to experiment: Have an idea and want to explore and implement - there are opportunities allowing people to test their hypotheses, learn from own and others experiences, and contribute to groundbreaking solutions - A great amount of autonomy in managing work and the expectations of the role. The emphasis on accountability ensures that everyone is responsible for their actions and outcomes, promoting a culture of high performance. - Challenging work that allows People to grow - the role most often is challenging and at times overwhelming for people - however the impact your work creates in Life Science is satisfying.

Cons

Work Intensity: The challenging nature can leads to a heavy workload. While this can be an opportunity for growth, it may also require conscious efforts from both leadership and employees to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Fast-paced Environment: While the fast-paced nature of the work can be stressful, it may not suite everyone. The challenging projects and tight deadlines require individuals who thrive in high-pressure situations.

Thanks for sharing these thoughts - it's great hearing about your positive experience at Trinity. We hear you that consulting can come with a fast-paced, and intense workload, but has a high reward. Thanks for showing what a great place Trinity is, and how to take advantage of the opportunities the teams provide. - Sarah Zeoli

Strong cross-functional collaboration across teams, with a genuine openness to feedback and iteration. There’s meaningful opportunity to shape processes, frameworks, and go-to-market materials, so your work can have real impact. You get exposure to strategic initiatives and leadership conversations beyond your immediate role. The team is made up of thoughtful, capable colleagues who care about delivering high-quality work, and there’s a consistent focus on improving and refining outputs.

Cons

With continued growth, there is an opportunity to further mature and standardize processes to drive greater consistency and efficiency at scale. Enhancing clarity around frameworks and cross-functional alignment will further strengthen execution as priorities continue to evolve.

Pros

Good projects, great infrastructure, great resources, strong focus on culture

Cons

Terrible staffing model, both for junior associates (2-3 projects) and for senior consultants (3-4 projects) and engagement managers (upto 6 projects). Rapid churn of senior leadership over the past 6 months. Terrible training and level setting for associates, leaving the consultants and senior consultants too heavily overworked, and engagement managers thread bare
