Pros

If you're open to a high-demand environment where work-life balance is minimal and are okay to be treated as a commodity, this could be a place worth exploring

Cons

The Trinity leadership team often promotes "vertical integration" as a key differentiator from other consulting firms. However, in practice, this approach seems more like a tactic to attract less discerning clients rather than a genuine value-add. While they frequently highlight their numerous "centers of excellence," the reality is that there is a significant gap in the expertise required to deliver meaningful insights for areas such as launch strategy, corporate strategy, or APAC work. There may be one or two partners with deep knowledge, but the overall portrayal feels exaggerated and somewhat misleading. But don't worry, if none of this is a concern for you, you can simply focus on doing your work and getting paid.

Thanks for sharing your feedback - I hope you were able to share this in other avenues as well when you were with us (NAVEX, your HRBP, etc.). If not, I'll make sure to do this for you. I wish you had a better experience, especially within our COEs. I have some takeaways from your advice to management, especially around being a performance-based culture. Appreciate your insights – they help us grow and get better.

Pros

Strong cross-functional collaboration across teams, with a genuine openness to feedback and iteration. There’s meaningful opportunity to shape processes, frameworks, and go-to-market materials, so your work can have real impact. You get exposure to strategic initiatives and leadership conversations beyond your immediate role. The team is made up of thoughtful, capable colleagues who care about delivering high-quality work, and there’s a consistent focus on improving and refining outputs.

Cons

With continued growth, there is an opportunity to further mature and standardize processes to drive greater consistency and efficiency at scale. Enhancing clarity around frameworks and cross-functional alignment will further strengthen execution as priorities continue to evolve.

Pros

Good projects, great infrastructure, great resources, strong focus on culture

Cons

Terrible staffing model, both for junior associates (2-3 projects) and for senior consultants (3-4 projects) and engagement managers (upto 6 projects). Rapid churn of senior leadership over the past 6 months. Terrible training and level setting for associates, leaving the consultants and senior consultants too heavily overworked, and engagement managers thread bare
