Pros

Employment in this job market and pretty good benefits tho expensive

Cons

Toxic draining work environment, office politics, client projects are consistently understaffed, leadership that doesn’t listen, continuing to force more and more in office time despite lower and lower morale and just overall no direction or transparency on how they’re going to improve. Maybe a lucky few will thrive here but most will regret their time at Trinity. As many have said in other reviews it was good years ago but it’s horrible now and getting worse.

Pros

Strong cross-functional collaboration across teams, with a genuine openness to feedback and iteration. There’s meaningful opportunity to shape processes, frameworks, and go-to-market materials, so your work can have real impact. You get exposure to strategic initiatives and leadership conversations beyond your immediate role. The team is made up of thoughtful, capable colleagues who care about delivering high-quality work, and there’s a consistent focus on improving and refining outputs.

Cons

With continued growth, there is an opportunity to further mature and standardize processes to drive greater consistency and efficiency at scale. Enhancing clarity around frameworks and cross-functional alignment will further strengthen execution as priorities continue to evolve.

Pros

Good exposure to cutting edge innovation in life sciences industry, strong mentorship, some leaders genuinely care about you and your contributions

Cons

After associate Principal, the path to leadership is slow and vague. Burnout common among management team members. Large attrition seen in Senior Consultants and Engagement Managers and not enough is done to backfill with experienced hires
