A great Company at heart ruined by personal selfish interests - Consultant Trinity Life Sciences Employee Review

Pros

Great environment to work. Work culture company wide is something to be envious about. At the global level a concious effort is made to listen to employee concerns. Many perks applicable to US employees are applicable in India as well - eg., Summer Fridays between June and September, Christmas and New Year shutdown etc. The global management is doing its best to keep employees happy.

Cons

The big issue is the disconnect between the India management and global management in terms of implementation. The second disadvantage is a lot of favouritism and politics in India offices, which is unbeknown to the global management. Do not be surprised if incompetent people are your managers in India with no sense of direction. The leadership in India doesn't listen to employee concerns. The other issue in the India office at least is the declining range of quality work.

Pros

Strong cross-functional collaboration across teams, with a genuine openness to feedback and iteration. There’s meaningful opportunity to shape processes, frameworks, and go-to-market materials, so your work can have real impact. You get exposure to strategic initiatives and leadership conversations beyond your immediate role. The team is made up of thoughtful, capable colleagues who care about delivering high-quality work, and there’s a consistent focus on improving and refining outputs.

Cons

With continued growth, there is an opportunity to further mature and standardize processes to drive greater consistency and efficiency at scale. Enhancing clarity around frameworks and cross-functional alignment will further strengthen execution as priorities continue to evolve.

Pros

Good exposure to cutting edge innovation in life sciences industry, strong mentorship, some leaders genuinely care about you and your contributions

Cons

After associate Principal, the path to leadership is slow and vague. Burnout common among management team members. Large attrition seen in Senior Consultants and Engagement Managers and not enough is done to backfill with experienced hires
