Pros

Decent pay and benefits for this area, if that’s all you’re looking for.

Cons

The other reviews I saw for this company are a joke, so I have to post something to throw out a warning for jobseekers. The good ol’ boy system is alive and well at Trinity Manufacturing. They don’t care at all about actual inclusion here, it’s high school drama and cliques all over again. It’s not what you know, it’s who. Is that the kind of place you want to work at? If that hasn’t convinced you, let me continue. If you are simply desperate for a job, this might be your place. However, you have to cut corners and know the right people to stay in this job. To get ahead you will eventually have to burn others and sacrifice your character and moral ethics… obviously not a good work environment for the long-run, and not the place for me! 🙂

Pros

Great company culture, absolutely no question that they put employees first. Leadership does a great job of putting on events to honor and acknowledge employees and it’s very much a close-knit group. The technology from a manufacturing process-standpoint is state of the art and they do a great job continuing this so it’s truly an engineer’s paradise and is guaranteed to provide great experience in project management, process analytics/optimization/troubleshooting, and exposure to a safety-first culture.

Cons

IT infrastructure outside of the manufacturing process is dated, which is an opportunity for improvement but definitely results in efficiency losses.
