Pros

Trinity has great workers that are unfortunately lured by fake job postings that this is a great company to work for. If you are unemployed or a junior programmer and don’t mind to listen to lies, Trinity is great place.

Cons

This company has management and owners that are on the wrong side of truth. The Manager is instructed by owners to make sure people are disposed of. Most once the project is done or partially completed. They will use any excuse to fire you since they don’t need you anymore and of course they won’t spend money in training. The so called 'benefits' are a disaster. If you want your family covered (with subpar coverage), be prepared to deduct over a thousand dollars from your check every month. They will do any trick to lure customers for things that Trinity does not have the capability of doing, but management will keep lying to customers until they can squeeze every last dollar or until the customer realized that it was all a hoax. Whichever happens first.

Trinity Millennium Group Response
11y
Trinity Millennium Group has been in business since 1997, and is a well-established legitimate corporation with contracted clients in both the public and private sector. If you have questions about your position, I would suggest speaking to your manager. In addition, the benefits offered to employees meet and exceed the guidelines issued under ACA. I strongly request that any items that are a detrimental effect to the company and its integrity, as well as negative personifications of our employees, be fully vetted by Glassdoor prior to posting online.

Pros

Opportunities abound to learn about so many different technologies and processes. Great team members to work with. Especially great for Java and Oracle developers

Cons

Deadlines can be challenging - but often this is because of client requirements - need to be quick on your feet.

Pros

Good work/life balance for a churn 'n burn software company - WHEN we have work. Convenient location with easy access to 410 and I-10 as well as the Medical Center.

Cons

There is no trust amongst colleagues. Nobody knows when the next sudden layoffs or firings will occur, and they are often kept secret for days or weeks after the fact. Newer management is disengaged from the work force and updates are vague and few and far between. The outlook is grim from what we can see and morale is low because we have seen fellow co-workers dismissed under some really shady circumstances. If you have a VISA, don't take a vacation out of the country or you're likely to get stranded outside of the U.S. when they lay you off with zero notice. I'm not kidding. Based on what I have seen, the management has very little experience in this industry, and that is troublesome.
