No room for growth - Customer Service Representative Trinity Road Employee Review

This company has no room for growth unless someone from the higher ups recommended you. It’s a plus if your part of their family cause you’ll get hired right away without even having experience. Not to mention they are not as diverse as they presume to be. They will mostly allow white people to advance in this company no matter how hard you try to show your worth! This is pretty shameful since their whole company is named “The Catholic Company” yeah very Catholic.
