Trinity has helped me grow personally and professionally. I feel like I have been given opportunities to grow and learn and challenge myself. When I am stressed people often support me.

We take people who are very challenging and at times, I think that we do not get enough background during emergency situations from other providers. It would be good if the people placing people in our services provided Trinity with more history so we can better support people immediately during transitions.

I love working in such a positive atmosphere. Everyone is so helpful and nice to be around. Trinity is a wonderful place to work and a very rewarding job. The leadership and staff acknowledge your hard work. This makes coming to work so much more enjoyable. They value your work and family life.
