Pros
They seek out the best employees in the industry. They also are relentless doir knockers. Benefits are fair at best.
Cons
Hiring the best people in the industry is great but if you are unable to retain them that is telling you something. And they are leaving as fast as they can. The company is even offering incentives fior current employees to bring in new bodies. And they encourage employees to write 5 star reviews whoch, in my opinion, is deceptive to the consumer. Constant issues with payroll is another reason so many have decided to move on. As management gets fat the prices have steadily gone up making it hard to be competitive. The answer from management is work harder. Sell more. In the end this is yet another churn & burn outfit. They preach GPM (God People Money) but its more like Greed Power Money. Tom Pollock and some of the senior management seem to be sincere but that clearly does not carry through the MANY levels of management they built into the business model. In the end its the customers that pay the price. After install service is a disaster.
