Pros

Some good people, good work-life balance (they don't care about how many hours you work as long as you're chargeable and the work gets done). Management is fairly hands-off once you're on a project. Benefits are good, salary is OK. They're always hiring and the interviews are pretty easy.

Cons

It's basically a body shop. Don't expect much beyond that first project. If you're on a project, you're on an island limited to just that project. If you're on the bench, start working on your resume. Staffing is done on an ad-hoc basis with very little planning, organization, and/or reasoning behind it. Management will tell you what they think you want to hear rather than being honest and up-front. They will string you along for weeks/months/years with promises they can't/won't deliver on. There are no opportunities for advancement beyond the position you are hired into. Everything relating Goals and Annual Reviews is lip-service. Would rather hire new people than train/promote/advance existing employees.

Pros

I have worked with Trinity Technology Group for more than 13 years. Within my long stay with them and what I observed, they are the best local company in Sacramento to work with. They care for their people. They pay well. They listen to their employees and provide support. If you are currently working or wish to join the company and reading this review, please go ahead and provide your best to take trinity to take them to next level.
