Outsourced support for helpdesk in a different time zone! 3rd party vendors for onsite work due to limited US staff, technology stack is sub-par and promoted solutions have constant connectivity and profile issues especially with remote solutions, No real understanding or infrastructure for Security, No SLA for helpdesk tickets, disorganized, No Retirement contributions, partial mileage reimbursements, BOYD not company supplied workstations, No on-call schedule or inclusion in job descriptions despite the expectation of availability, and responsiveness to communications at all hours weekdays/nights and on weekends. No PTO for 6 months! Job descriptions subject to change without documentation title change or pay adjustments. Everyone talks, but nobody listens, not even when trying to bring attention to legitimate concerns.
