Absolutely horrendous company to work for. Management are horrible and have a clique culture and if your face doesn't fit they will make your life hell and force you out. They only care about numbers. This means your performance is meant to be above all else, with no regard for the customer, so if your call is longer than the expected call handling time you will get scolded by your team leader, even if it was an impeccable call. What's more, you may be led to believe that you can get a better position and they love taking advantage of agents by giving more tasks with the promise of development and career progression in the distant future but in reality you will be stuck in an agent position for an undetermined amount of time as lot of openings are pre-filled with un-fair processes. The senior manager has miniscule knowledge of the products and couldn't make sensible decisions. The place has many problems, so people come and go on a regular basis. If you like to be treated like a number and have no dignity I encorage you to apply. Othetwise please save yourself time.
