Advisor expected to give always hight level service whatever happened except irresponsible customer.Therefore this job is not easy for everybody even staff who had 15 years expérience in service industry. You have to be patient whatever happened

Nothing special but Japanese customer demands is super difficult in service industry. However all the problems causes not only human error, but also systems error.
