      Some good seniors to learn from.

      Cons

      The technology stack is really poor. Nothing to learn. The work feels kinda repetitive. Also, even when you work tirelessly to get things done, it is very difficult to get recognized. It feels demotivating when somebody from the other side of the sea does the same thing and gets all the recognition.

      Pros

      This company values a positive company culture and really makes an effort to make their staff feel valued. The HR team plans monthly social events. Staff lunch every Wednesday. The executives are so chill! They have lunch with the rest of the team and play ping pong. With half the company being in India they are always stressing how we are all one company. Everyone is genuinely kind and helpful!

      Bring more people back to the office, it’s more fun! But nothing too serious of a con to list
