Pros

Good for initial learning but don't stay long

Cons

Appraisals were put on hold or cancelled, with the some communication coming just a day before they were supposed to be paid out. Company seems to be doing badly. A lot of office politics. If you're not part of the inner circle, you can be pushed out at any time

We would like to clarify that our annual appraisal cycle is typically effective from April and communicated in May. This year, the effective date has been moved to July 2026 due to business considerations and timing adjustments in the annual review cycle. This change was communicated to employees in advance, and the appraisal process has not been cancelled. We would also like to clarify that there has been no change to our variable pay process, and payouts continue to be made in June as per the established schedule. Pros

Learning opportunities is immense . company is profitable and self funded. Fastest growing travel tech company . Scale is good so you get lot of scale problem and interesting to solve them . Lot of legacy application are undergoing rewrite . Hotel is done , flight and platform is underway . Everyone from peer to CPTO is approachable . Any change in process is always welcome . You need to own services which you work , if anything goes wrong you supposed to fix immediately . There is push to use AI in all aspects of company . Free food vouchers for snacks . Flexible work hours and work from home on need basis . The company has been undergoing a major transformation over the past year. As with any major change, there can be differing opinions and some resistance from long-tenured employees who may find it challenging to adapt to the faster-paced culture hence spreading negativity ..trying to influence others.

Cons

Genuinely nothing major to complain about if you are someone who performs well. If you have strong software skills and deliver results, it is a stable place where you can work for years. However, the entire leadership team works 24/7, so this environment is definitely not for anyone looking for a relaxing, slow-paced, or passive environment. The culture heavily focuses on accountability—it is very much a place where you are expected to perform and deliver.

Pros

They will teach you what toxic work culture looks like.

Cons

1. You will have to work on almost all weekend. 2. CPTO is literally toxic, will constantly do WhatsApp message on weekends to get the work done 3. They will shamelessly call you late night, and will make you work late night to get the work done earlier 4. Favouritism is there, it is less of a tech company, more of a political party 5. We were promised a foreign trip, if the project is delivered on time, but once project got delivered, no foriegn trip happened 6. They delayed the increament cycle by 3 months, ratings are also hidden and how much increament we will get is also hidden. 7. HRs are of no use, they favor the management, employee friendliness is not there
