Pros

Working at TripleTen honestly feels good — like you’re doing something that matters. The whole “helping people change their lives through tech education” thing isn’t just talk. You can actually see students learning, landing jobs, and it’s awesome to know you played a small part in that. The team’s super chill and collaborative. People are open to ideas, easy to talk to, and genuinely want to help each other out. It’s a nice mix of smart and down-to-earth folks. There’s a big focus on growth — both for students and for us. If you want to pick up new skills or try new things, there’s a lot of room for that.

Cons

It’s definitely a fast-paced place, though. Things change quickly, priorities shift, and sometimes it feels a bit all over the place. But if you’re cool with that kind of energy, it’s a fun ride.

Pros

TripleTen provides a supportive and collaborative remote work environment with meaningful opportunities to help students succeed in their career transitions. The role allowed me to strengthen my communication, organization, and problem-solving skills while working with diverse teams and tools. I appreciated the mission-driven culture, flexibility, and the opportunity to make a positive impact on graduates throughout their job search journey.

Cons

While the work itself was meaningful, the role lacked long-term stability, and organizational changes resulted in unexpected layoffs. There were also times when support and communication from higher management could have been stronger, particularly during periods of transition and uncertainty.
