Pros

I have been working at TripleTen for about two months now, and overall, my experience has been extremely positive. The company provides a highly supportive work environment with ample opportunities for professional growth and development. I particularly appreciate the collaborative culture here; everyone is always willing to help and share their knowledge, which fosters a great working atmosphere. The management team is approachable, open to feedback, and genuinely invested in employee well-being, which is a significant advantage. Additionally, the projects I have worked on have been both challenging and rewarding, allowing me to enhance my skills and contribute meaningfully to the company's success. Recently, TripleTen introduced the Telus Health Employee Assistance Program, which is available to all employees and their family members, demonstrating the company's commitment to the holistic well-being of its team. TripleTen truly values its employees, making it a fantastic place to build a career.

Pros

TripleTen provides a supportive and collaborative remote work environment with meaningful opportunities to help students succeed in their career transitions. The role allowed me to strengthen my communication, organization, and problem-solving skills while working with diverse teams and tools. I appreciated the mission-driven culture, flexibility, and the opportunity to make a positive impact on graduates throughout their job search journey.

Cons

While the work itself was meaningful, the role lacked long-term stability, and organizational changes resulted in unexpected layoffs. There were also times when support and communication from higher management could have been stronger, particularly during periods of transition and uncertainty.
