      Pros

      Coffee was good and always available in the servery. Most of the engineers and sales reps were decent nice people.

      Cons

      Trispec management is naive to how sales management is leading the sales folks and are messing up. Declining revenue and evasive pricing practices confuse customers and vendors. Vendors are not wanting to work with Trispec anymore.

      Pros

      As a co-op student, I learned plenty of hands-on including cable assembly, mounting equipment racks, testing RF links, etc. I also got to perform site surveys for cell phone coverage for various clients.

      Cons

      It is a challenge if you are new to the telecom industry, there is a lot of learn. This company especially does a lot of different type of jobs, so you are expected to adapt and learn everything immediately.
