      - Very old school management and habits - Bad communication between management and employees - Underwhelming salary (below local average) - WFH has now been removed (max 2x/month) without seeking employee's input - No Bonuses despite good sales

      Good government contracts and good people to work with. Upper management are communicative and friendly.

      Cons

      Micromanagement with constant site checks to the extent of taking your picture to ensure you are in uniform.
