Pros
Very good income potential. Great group of clients to work with. Sales team is good, but reorg is really impacting our quality of people.
Cons
President and CEO is not what you expect from a solid company. Nipro achieves in spite of him. Direction of the company will continue to go south until he is replaced with a competent, professional, and respected leader.
