Good pay, stable job, bussing to work site.
Cons
Lots of bureaucracy, very slow to change and adapt, manager is psychotic, management in general is very inconsistent. The operation is very inefficient. They hire consultants, not so they can actually improve, but because they themselves are highly incompetent. They don't know how to implement any of the things the vendors push on them. Departments just point fingers at each other, they don't work with each other for the benefit of the business. A lot of managers just throw tantrums like three year olds when they get pressured because they have no leadership or people skills. Promotions are very much politically based. True job perfomance doesn't matter, either good or bad. Oh, and did I mention my manager is a huge psycho?
