Pros
They are great at putting up fake reviews! I've seen a few that are very superficial and don't believe in a second. Cooljarloo location is drivable to beach.
Cons
You would only need the intelligence of a five year old to know that if you have management system that is designed with clashing KPI's, it will bring out the very worst in people and only the most cunning and aggressive low-life cheaters will thrive. This will for your talent pool for managers, and the awful cycle continues.
