Pretty Cool - Substitute Teacher Troop Educators Employee Review

I've been employed with troop for several months now. The staff that assists with everyday functions are extremely helpful and kind! Jamie, the manager, has been so helpful and nice. She has went above and beyond to assist with ANY issues. I have had nothing but positive experiences!

I have NOT came across any Cons. Everything has been very smooth and professional.

- Create your own schedule - Paid more than CCSD

- No benefits - Behavioral issues with students - Teachers sometimes leave ambiguous lesson plans as if you know the school layout, procedures, their students, and their classroom - If you pick up a non-licensed sub position your daily pay is lower which doesn't make sense because if you are a fully licensed sub why should your daily rate change because your covering this NL position
