Pros
Helping this company grow has been a great deal of fun. The senior people are honest and hard-working, always putting the greater company goals above individual needs. Operationally, the team is result-oriented and highly flexible. We are encouraged to work from home or the office and take vacations as needed. Results are what matter and we are held accountable to both financial and project targets.
Cons
The pace is intense as the company is growing rapidly and the small team (currently 12 full-time) is constantly pushed. This either can be tremendously fun/exciting or unwanted stress. Additionally, some of the team is distributed with personnel across San Francisco, Las Vegas, DC and Orlando making speed/communication a challenge.
