      The location is close to my house and the option of working from home full time.

      Cons

      A poorly managed company with low pay, no career advancements unless you play the office politics. I'm doing a senior job with a pay of a fresh grad so I am currently searching for a new job when the market picks up.

      Decent Pay for the role.

      Cons

      Favouritism culture from top down management and on the floor. Preference given to certain employees. Hard work goes unnoticed due to poor culture. No room for growth. Only good to earn some money and move on. No proper communication.
