I think the benefits could be a little bit better.

This place will absolutely help young professionals develop a thick skin for BS. You’ll get used to being yelled at or watching your coworkers get yelled at. I came out thinking, “anywhere else is going to be easy compared to this.”

The owner is terrible. Preferential treatment to his mother-in-law. Just about all positive reviews on here are made by employees after being bribed with $50 Amazon gift cards. The owner is angry, loud, unreasonable. Very high turnover, poor benefits package. Ultimately, the place is designed to churn and burn employees.
