Good discount on bras I guess.

Barely a break room, unhinged management, bad pay, lower management did drugs in the bathrooms and overworked us and gossiped about all of us to customers and each other. Likes to pit us against each other for drama. Bullied coworkers and customers alike. Racist and homophobic coworkers

Health insurance was very good.

Pay was awful and non negotiable. Owner was extremely unhinged and negative, and gossips about her employees with vendors. Does not read social cues well and is VERY opinionated which is a bad combo. You are overworked and under appreciated, do not expect any praise. No room for upward growth. Left after being denied a living wage (the owner does not believe in a living wage) and was immediately offered a similar position with less work and much higher pay.
