Pros

decent starting salary for new employees, having the freedom from lawn to lawn, no supervision as your days go, work

Cons

what is there that isnt a con at Trugreen, they expect you to work 13-14 hours a day pay you pretty much nothing for overtime, everything everything is a upsale, they told us today that if we dont start getting customers to change their mind about cancelling there subscription they're going to start laying off? they work you like a mule, all day my interview went GREAT job sounded amaizing but once you get in its NOTHING like what they say, all sales they want you on the lawn for like 15 min's to treat 12000 square yard, customers pay to much for the bull crap work they expect you to do to hit your numbers just to make a dollar for yourself!
