      There are no Pros. None at all.

      Cons

      Management will do their best to work you to death but they do not show any integrity. You Cannot Trust anything they say to you. They will promise you the moon and then stab you in the back. There are much better places to work where you will be treated better!

      -Supportive environment, lots of people there who want to help you succeed -Amazing benefits -Supervisors are always eager to help you learn and develop your skills, and encourage feedback -Lots of PTO, plus time off for volunteer work -Flexible schedule and opportunity to work from home -Relaxed dress code -You learn a lot about mortgages, great if you’re looking to be a first time homeowner! Plus you get a discount on your interest rate for your home loan -Opportunity to grow -Team environment, coworkers help each other out without hesitation
