      Pros

      Nice people, relaxed environment and not much structure

      Cons

      No direction, people are riding it out until the company runs out of money. No structure and employees are too spread out. Don't see it being around much longer.

      Pros

      Flex PTO and management supports taking time off. Never had a PTO request denied or felt guilty for taking time off. Stock options are nice. The People are passionate and work very hard. In the office the culture is great. The new CEO listens and cares about each of the employees High retention

      Too many manual processes overworked under resourced
