I am a long-tenured employer and the culture, employee engagement, and general sentiment has completely eroded over the last 2 years. There continues to be ongoing eliminations and endless org changes that leave employees in a perpetual state of unease and chaos. Senior leadership may think they’re being more transparent in their communications, but most everything is tone deaf and out of touch with actual employee sentiment. Leadership talks about accountability, but take none for the decisions they make and how it impacts the employees, many with tenure far beyond anyone in senior leadership. If any accountability is taken, it’s inauthentic business jargon devoid of emotion and acknowledgment. This feels like TruStage is just a stepping stone for many senior leaders, and they’ll leave before the company falls apart leaving those left stranded.
