I appreciate you sharing this feedback. I’m disappointed to hear that you’ve had a negative experience working with us and I’d like to learn more.
I assure you we are 100% committed to building the best employee experience possible and it’s important to hear feedback so we can continue to improve. The last few years have been a period of significant – and frequent – change and I know that’s taken its toll on our people. When a company is in transition such as ours, change is often necessary—and I believe it will continue. We understand that our employees are our greatest asset and we continue to make investments that will shape and deliver a better employee experience for all. For now, I’d like you to feel that your concerns are being heard and addressed. I highly encourage you to speak with your manager about your concerns, and if you’re not comfortable doing so, please contact HR4U or our anonymous Speak Freely line (you can find these on the intranet). I want every employee to have the best experience possible.
