TERRIBLE COMPANY - Sales Manager True Brands Employee Review

I enjoyed my time with this company.

Nothing comes to my mind.

Up to 40% discount for all employees on most products. If you do like their products, that's a really good benefit. However, if you have no interest in any of their products, there's not much to benefit from. Employees get the basic healthcare aside from the low salary.

We are understaffed, yet our manager pushes us to work through all the load and refuses to hire more people! We didn't have much choice but be forced to work overtime not only for a day, but it's become a daily routine! Instead of working an 8-hour shift, we've been working a 12-hour shift now! Though we're allowed to get off work earlier, we have to make a documented request to the manager which is ridiculous because employees are supposed to only work 8 hours anyway! The longer I work for the company, the more It feels dragging and feels like a punishment!!! No one would ever want to stay working here, and a lot had already left since I got here. I myself I am planning of leaving, just waiting for that last straw to finally break!
