Terrible Work Environment- Very toxic Coworkers and Managers - Server True Food Kitchen Employee Review

The work environment is extremely toxic.. many employees are only there for themselves and have no issue making other team members look bad to get a leg up with the management. The management is also very bad, have been called names by one a couple times that were discriminatory towards my race. Not all coworkers are bad but there are many who do not make the environment very welcoming. If you want a positive work environment and to feel included then would not recommend a position here.
