Pros

Most of the employees are actually in recovery which makes services a lot more impactful for our clients management is great and caring I've worked here for a long time and I don't plan on ever working anywhere else.

Cons

Not many just like any place there are issues but less than anywhere I've ever worked.

Great place to work with lots of room for advancement. I came in new to the field. I am now certified Peer support professional 3 and a chemical dependency counselor 1 all paid for by True North.

I have zero complaints while working for this company.

Regarding compensation and benefits, they do offer a comprehensive benefits package, including 401k matching, and health insurance. True North Recovery is very focused on the clients, and the recovery process, and that the staff is there to facilitate that process.
