If there HAD to be a con, the company is remote so everyone works from home. If you like the "in office" environment, you won't get it here.

I really like the smaller business environment. This allows the team to recieve more one-on-one personal attention. The management is amazing and also very flexible when it comes to scheduling. What I value most about this company, is having not a so called "boss" but a leader guiding the company. Someone who is constantly striving to better the team and the company as a whole. I appreciate being able to ask for help when needed and not feeling scared to do so. Every day I learn something I didn't know the previous day. I can honestly say I leave the office feeling accomplished and satisfied in the work I do and knowing that I am appreciated by the team. The kitchen is also stocked with snacks and coffee for a quick afternoon pick me up.

It is a smaller buisness which means you are not limited to only doing one task. If you are looking for an easy 8 hour daily routine shift, then this company is not for you.
