      Pros

      Fully stocked kitchen and meals delivered on Wed. Benefits were great and commission checks can be really good.

      Cons

      Abysmal management in the sales department and constant changing of goals. If a new idea didn't work immediately they would retreat and come up with something else. The goal posts and goals in general kept moving and there was 0 awareness on the sales floor,

Since we moved to a remote workforce in 2020, our benefits have changed from having fully stocked kitchens and meals delivered on Wednesdays to benefits like monthly credits for at-home food delivery, internet/mobile phone service coverage and fitness expenses as part of our Dynamic Workplace initiative.       Great Benefits & Remote Work

      Cons

      No matter how hard you work, there’s no recognition or pay increase. I wouldn’t recommend using the open-door policy if you have concerns about a manager. I raised an ongoing issue and ended up being written up based on claims that I wasn’t completing my work, even though I was following instructions. When layoffs happened, I was unfortunately among the first to be let go. It felt like a real slap in the face after all the time and commitment I gave to the company.
