      No pros, the ceo is very much abusive and arrogant and also fake. Unrealistic expectations.

      Cons

      1: 6 day working 2: Fake appraisal promise 3: no work life balance 4: they will call you anytime 5: Full of non technical people who just eat away your brain if you are an engineer. 6: product managers dont understand the difference between java and javascript, this is their level.

      The whole management and the leadership. The fat egos are hard to deal with. They know how to exploit employees and take advantage of situations, hire and fire people as per their means and use. They treat the employees as use cases only. Politics and favouritism prevails.
