      Great culture, competitive wages/benefits, family owned.

      Cons

      Equipment could be updated. It would increase productivity and morale if we had newer welders and material handling equipment

      One of the best organizations I have ever worked for. Pay, Culture, Benefits, Co-workers, all have been amazing!

      Pay Half days on most Fridays

      Cons

      Plant manager lost his way as soon as he was looking at a big promotion caring only about numbers and how employee's made him look. Alot of jerk reactions and explosions.
