      Pros

      New everything, decent work environment, young team avg age 21-25 years. Most work happens in uncharted territories, Challenging roles most of the time people know what they want but not how it's done so you will learn a lot.

      Cons

      Lack of proper management structure, lacking infrastructure but can we overlooked as it's a startup. No proper canteen for lunch nearby or in the office building. You will have to shell out meal money from your pocket or bring your own. Note: Take into account while negotiating compensation 6 days working @ minimum 9 hrs/day approximately, which the HR comfortably fails to mention. So do a income per hour calculation if you have economic constraints.

      Enough scope for earning the wrong way if you want that

      1. Messed up senior management who are unreasonably behind your life 2. Customer are cheated often and for escalations they come down to office, sometimes with goons, to create a ruckus 3. No. of working days in a week- 7 4. They tell you that the company is going through a bad phase when it's time for appraisals 5. Nobody stays in the organisation for long. Everyone who are working here are working out of helplessness

      Pros

      Truebil has a dream work culture. The cofounders are the best thing about Truebil. They are so humble, lively, down to earth, friendly and reachable. Good understanding between employees. The work atmosphere is so light and stress free. The company makes sure that they hire the best. The best thing that happened to me.

      Can have better deadlines for project with exact dates to keep track
