Pros
Remote, Supportive team leads, great benefits, and 401k plan, understanding of time off. Team players and we work together towards the same goals.
Cons
Meeting metrics and numbers, outgoing calls must be 80-100 a day. Some days are hard to meet numbers and is stressful during that time. Constant meetings, weekly meetings and going over metrics. Not much growth. Pay could be better especially for the work your doing. Constant changes to keep up with. I seen a lot of favoritisim and promtions within who is friends with who.
