Friendly working environment. Everyone is nice

Not much benefits, and low salary

Wonderful staff eager to teach a young Business Developer. Senior management listens to staff and seeks to implement recommendations at not only the Truestone level, but the Akima (parent-company) level as well. The company has culture; it supports its Shareholders through yearly dividends, fundraisers, auctions, etc. Company leadership has a tireless work ethic and seeks to maintain and reign in more business for the company.

A few tough market years (not the company's fault) but the company has been able to stave off downsizing through smart business tactics.
