• Continued team degradation and declining morale. • Promised compensation increases often fail to materialize despite strong performance and positive reviews. • Frequent turnover in technology leadership, with new executives regularly introducing ambitious transformation plans while simultaneously reducing staff for cost savings. • Expectations remain high even as staffing is reduced, creating unrealistic workloads and predictable delivery challenges. • Staffing reductions continue while the same pace and volume of product delivery is expected.
