      When I could work from the home and the salary was decent.

      Cons

      No leadership, rolling layoff's, they cut back the 401k, the culture is terrible and no one wants to work their. Return to office have to pay to park downtown

      Worked under great leadership and with awesome teammates. Great compensation and benefits. Direct leaders listened to the input of teammates to make process better within department.

      Constant changes, so processes were never were the same after a few months.
