Pros
The culture is very casual and allows an individual to be comfortable in their own skin. There are numerous ways to skin a cat and this role allows that. There are no limits on what can be achieved. Voices are heard and change is a constant.
Cons
Being a start up in the early years have to be able to weather storms and see the light at the end of the tunnel. Where we are today will not be the same tomorrow.
