Our Values of integrity, teamwork, courage, learning, and positive impact were shaped by our people, not set from the top down. These values guide how we work together and with our customers every day.
We prioritize clear communication and respect through regular team stand-ups, 1:1 check-ins, and our Respectful Workplace policy. Our strong hiring process has helped us build a talented, mission-driven team — some of whom have been with us for going onto a decade.
Until very recently, it had been over 10 years since we had to part ways with someone during their probationary period, which speaks to the care & effort we put into screening/hiring. That said, exceptions can happen, but we always wish former team members the very best.
