      Pros

      TrustCommerce is a strong and supportive place to build your career. Leadership sets a clear direction and you feel their impact in everyday work. The team listens, responds, and acts. New ideas are welcomed, and you are encouraged to speak up and help improve the business. It is clear they care about employees. They provide the tools you need to be successful and check in to make sure you have what you need to do your job well. The culture values growth, teamwork, and problem solving. You can do meaningful work here and feel supported while doing it.

      Cons

      The role has limited travel and very little in person interaction. This works well for me, but some people may want more face to face time. The pace can feel demanding if you are not comfortable shifting priorities. Internal processes are evolving and growing for more efficentcy. The work from home setup also requires strong self management, which may not fit every work style.

      Pros

      This company is very team oriented. Everyone in the company works cohesively together, helping one another. There is flexible remote work, supportive management and leadership, and competitive pay. Leadership listens to concerns and actively tries to improve them. It honestly is a family atmosphere and they really do care about their employees. It is nice to feel seen, heard, and understood.

      Pros

      At Trust Commerce, you feel like part of the family from the day you start. They truly demonstrate an open door policy at every level. As a seasoned professional I have worked in the corporate world for a long time. This has been the best experience. I enjoy coming to work and l have to say, it has been a long time since I felt that way until I came here.

      Cons

      I have no real cons to express. I feel like my decision to join this organization was a great move for me.
